My ankles hurt from running on uneven terrain?

I am used to running on the track. I've just now started to do cross country and the uneven terrain is driving me crazy! As soon as I get into a rhythm all the sudden one of my feet is in a ditch and twists. This happens constantly and I want to know how to stop it. I think if she is still limping tomorrow she needs to see the vet. You can go over the leg carefully (palpating it) to see if you can locate the problem area. Is it the knee, the shoulder or the foot/pad? Hi, my sister has panic/anxiety attacks on a regular basis. I am currently in China and will be here for awhile. I usually went with her to see doctors, because I went through this years ago and it empowers her to see that if I can do it, then she can do it. Problem is she has been takng alprazolam (Xanax) for several years and its not too effective anymore. Are there any new, cutting edge meds that she could switch too? I saw something about klonopin on another post, stating that it takes immediate effect? Is there anyone that has any experience with this or any other new meds. Many doctors do not know much about new meds, I need to hear from personal experience. She is already doing altinative relaxation techniques:Yoga, deep breathing, etc. So no need for advice about that, just about something more updated that she can talk to her doctor about. I feel like I have something caught in my throat?

I can breathe, so it's not anything like I think I'm choking but I can feel it at certain points in the day. Most often I can feel it when I turn my head to the left or when I lay down to go to sleep. However I have also noticed an increase in my allergies in the last few days which is around the same time that the feeling of something being caught happened. I tried a 24 hour allergy med yesterday but it didn't really seem to take anything away with my throat. Any suggestions? the last cylinder in my 91 jeep cherokee 4.0 is not working and i have traced this to beint that that particular injector is not recieving power. i believe thi injector to be good but there is no power going to it so i cannot know for sure. the positive and negative wires had came disconected from the harness and they touched together which i believe would have grounded them out and that would cause the problem. how in other electrical systems this would have simply blown a fuse. well i donnt believe this system has a fuse in place. so does this mean i need a whole new computer? or could this be repaired and what might it cost me? i hope someone can help thanks for any help i can get.

Will a 1989 2.8 Chevy Cavalier motor fit in my 1984 Pontiac Fiero 2m4? ?

I have a 1984 Pontiac Fiero that is in mint condition minus the motor which lock up on me a while ago. I love the car allot and the more it sits, the more trashy it becomes. The car never seemed peppy enough when I drove it so I was wondering what else i could stick in the engine bay other than that 4 cyl which needs rebuilt. I have a 2.8 V6 motor out of a 1989 chevy cavalier z24 that needs rebuilt too. My question is this, does any body know for sure that the motor will work out perfectly? I don't want to spend the money rebuilding a V6 just to find out that it doesn't fit in my car. I know allot about the Fiero V6's from later years and im not really interested in those. The V6 block that i have looks like it lines up with the automatic transmission in the Fiero but... I would like to know a little more than that to go off of. Okay well when I was 14 years old , a man began to abuse me and it occured for nearly 3 years of my life of which I was mentally and ually abused. Eventually i plucked up the guts to report him to the police but while he was on bail he abused my friend for about 2-3 weeks. Now we went to court together but all the charges against him where for me and he got 16 years with a parole time of 8. The courts then said we could claim compensation so i decided i would so it would help me make something of myself and go to university. When i got my compensation I was really happy , didnt expect much but the sum I got was great and its going towards my uni fees. However the other day , i got a text of my friend boasting about her compensation , id had mine for ages and never mentioned it. But it was when she told me the sum all the problems happened. I dont want to sound greedy because I am in no way after any more money , i didnt even expect to get any in the first place but the difference between our compensation is literall like �600 and I was happy for her to get money but the fact that she got so much just left me feeling like her case had been taken more seriously . The only thing i can liken it to is like someone who has lost a toe , getting as much compensation as someone who has lost both legs. Its hard to feel important and worthy anyways but when someone puts a price on your past , its hard to not compare things and when looking at how much she got i felt as though the loss of 3 years of my life was not worth as much as her 2-3 weeks and I just cant understand it. Its like they are putting our experiences as being level when they are no where near the same , I have had so many problems since my experience , I have to see a councellor once a week , I had to go back to college because I couldnt cope at first and iddnt do so well , I cant walk down a street without feeling constantly paranoid , I get severly depressed and worst of all , he stole my virginity. I am very confused in life?

I have been in a situation similar to yours. It was a hard time and I was probably the least happy I have ever been. I was home with my mother every day and had essentially dropped out of school. She would come into my room every few minutes to boss me and nag me until the point we no longer had a relationship. I finally decided instead of constantly fighting with my mother I would try to please her by doing whatever she asked of me. It wasn't easy and wasn't something I could do forever, but it saved my sanity and really helped my relationship with my mom. That may not be what you wanted to hear, but it really helped me so I thought I'd share. After feeling that I was up and moving she ran out of things to bug me about and I had more space. In the end I moved out and got on with my life and was happy to be rid of her constant nagging, but at the same time, I loved her and would miss her, which is more than before.

If it's been so long that you're thinking you won't find work in your previous area, then re-train! I've done it three times in my career and am about to do it again. You have to be versatile, especially in this horrible economic environment. Talk to a counsellor at tech/TAFE (whatever they call it where you live) to find out what are your strengths, and what areas you might work in that still have staff shortages. You could even find that courses are free (some are in Australia if you're unemployed). Keep your chin up, stay positive always and good luck!

How low do vit b12 levels need to be to be low?

I have been having repeated blood tests for a while now as i am constantly tired. My 1st blood test my b12 levels were 127, the next 152 and now 168 which the dr says is normal. When they were 152 my folate level was 1.9 and i was prescribed folic acid and a mth later it is now 7.9. I have read tho that supplementing folic acid will hide b12 problems. It's all objective, but generally a more expensive guitar will have better pickups. Then again, I know people who will buy a $1500 guitar and immediately change the pickups. It depends what you like. If you're happy with the quality of your guitar, you could always put better pickups in it, that way you can choose based on what sound you want. ok I work for National Tire and Battery, and my boss is compleate jerk! Let me give you an overview, I am a auto technician and I get paid on commishon, some jobs like doing 4 tires pays me around $4 and some jobs like brakes I could get $70. So about the same amout of time worked. Well by manager is mexican and there are 3 othere auto technicians and 5 oil changer guys. Well the 3 other auto technicians are mexican and 1 of the oil change guys is mexican. My manager gives them everything and anything! Like today... I was working from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, well my manager said everyone has to stay late for a meeting, except 4 of the people who work there....let they are the mexicans. Is $13000 a fair price to replace a 2500 sq ft roof ?

We have to get our roof replaced due to the previous seller (a guy who flips houses) just throwing the new shingles over the old (without even nailing the 2nd set down!), and we got an estimate of $13000. Now our roof is approx. 2500 sq ft and they are installing gutters too. My wife & I would like to know if that is a fair price. The contracting company is through Keystone Help, a program for Pennsylvanians fixing their homes & they are required to guarentee their labor for the length of the warranty on the shingles (so 25 years in this case). My cat is breathing funny?

For the chimes you can use EXACTLY that I suggest using woDon't wind chimes but not the BIG ones because those would make a deeper sound. Dont use electronic effects because sometimes they can be cheesy. The love at first sight thing can also be chimes but more metalic maybe even use a small harp. As for the players... you can always use a slide whistle. OR depending on budget you can use a trombone and have a little thing played when they enter.

Every night before bed my dog (a spayed 2 1/2 year old JRT/beagle) will snuggle up to me and lick my hands and feet as if she's cleaning me. Well I'm really angry and upset with my sister and my parents because my sister always got more than me out of life. For example on my sisters 18th birthday she got a BMW but she couldn't even driving it because she didn't p her driving test. It took her four years to p and she could finally drive it. But for my 18th birthday all I got was a Pistols Vinyl and a pair of Dr Martens. I didn't even have a Vinyl player so I would have to go round my friends house just to play my Vinyl but it didn't really matter because the Pistols were the big thing at the time. I went on to like death metal bands like Morbid Angel and Death but that doesn't matter at the moment. My sister also use to get the up to date technology such as clothes and electronics but most of my birthdays I didn't receive a present because our parents spent all the money on her before thinking about my birthday. Christmases were miserable as usual because my sister wanted something that was expensive and cost a lot so that meant my parents wouldn't be able to buy me anything. So on christmas day I use to go round a friends house and get drunk and I had as little to do with my family as possible. But with the anger and pain in my heart from my parents favourtising my sister i used that to study hard and get lots of qualifications and it got rid of the aggression. I then left home when I was 22 and in 1985 I formed a independent record label called Earache Records and I became very successful in the underground extreme metal and punk music industry. I signed bands like Napalm death,Morbid Angel and Carc onto my label and I have quite a lot of money now. I'm getting old though sadly and I don't think I can carry on with this anger in my heart. I don't go to family weddings or funerals for example on my sisters wedding I refused to show up and I did that same on her children's weddings and I refuse to accept them as my nieces and nephews. So I've been doing as much research as I can about offline split screen, bots and that. I know it is possible by changing the options in 'Edit Game Options' but I don't have that. If it's inside the house it uses up living space. In the "olden days" chimney fires were somewhat commonplace.
