Is NASCAR making a mockery of the sports only docking Edwards $25K and 60 points?

This is Carl's second INTENTIONAL wrecking of an opponent this year, twice now inappropriately retaliating against Brad Keselowski - essentially precipitating attempted murder in response to getting a love tap - so is NASCAR asking for more trouble as a result of the meager fine and points docking of NASCAR's new resident idiot behind the wheel, and are other drivers going to be quicker to retaliate since Mr. Ed basically only got his hand slapped?
