Do you think this kinda relationship is weird? Kinda like FWB but with emphasis on the friends part?

Well, since there is involved, I'm sure you'll find a taker. The tricky thing is you expect the guy to be monogamous, ually exclusive as you call it, yet you won't make a commitment. Any guy will take that to mean he is free to play the field. In other words, it sounds like you want to have your cake and eat it to. You want him to be with just you, but no strings attached; kind of like the guy who keeps a mistress on the side. I'd call it the relationship your friend. More than likely, any guy you find will be looking either for other action, or a woman who can commit.
