For the Fems and Lipsticks who do this, why do you look down on the whole butch spectrum?

I consider myself to be a kind person. However, I am very butch. I get called sir on a daily basis and it has been that way since I was a child. I don't feel that I can ever become a fem or even a tomboy. So, why are regular s so mean to me when they know that it's not something that I can help? I don't hit on them and I just mind my business. Still, they make disrespectful comments about me trying to be a man and so on. I'm not a ftm, I'm 20 and one of the unlucky unattractive butches.
