Uh, yup. That would be your clic "crush" right there. As for the "ignoring you" part a while ago, it shouldn't hinder your view on how he feels for you now. People get busy; they forget to text. Or more than likely, he got worried he'd appear too clingy and purposefully limited his texts to see how you'd react. Guys can be emotional too; they worry about the exact same stuff. They just hide it better than we do. If you're feeling particularly brave, throwing out an, "I still like you," would probably be well received and appreciated on his end. Guys shouldn't have to do all the work.
