I have a new born boy find it hard to accomodate with him ..?

hi i have a new born baby i find it hard to arrange my house clean and comfortable ..i spend most of my time in living room so i have his crib in there ..it goes well to...i have all his bouncer to in the living area..its baby blue which doesnt go well with the other stuff...:( i feed him in the living area ..i do all my activity in there...My concern is i have three bedroom one in downstairs and two in upstairs and a game room ...i feel like in a way i must use them properly..but i cook and watch tv and relax in my living room...i change his diaper in the living room too ...its not comfortable for me ..ths is becz i lived in an appartment which was single bedroom so i was suppose to do eveything in one place,,,,plus im not thinking of giving the baby separate room want to share it with me ..advise how to accomadate with him comfortably ..what does he need in the house how to share the house with him properly i want my adult space too i do reading too in the living room for the baby
