interesting you bring this up.. i was jus reading an article about it on a magazine.. i thought that was really weired and the only thing i can think of as to why he didnt take his gloves off was that maybe he had something in his gloves. something illegal just like margarito! it was common back then to pack your gloves.. many boxers in a result died from this sensless act.. and maybe just maybe joe had it packing that night in what was to be a tough rematch! who will ever know!?
