Training for spring soccer season?

I'm gonna try out for JV this year, I'm a freshman. I'm currently on two teams and play twice a week, but its only 3 hours in all. I wanna start getting into shape for the season this spring. (March) It's usually snowy and cold until March, so I can't really get outside too much to run. I have an exercise bike in my house. I want some suggestions as to what I can do to prepare to make it. I can run up to a mile, I need to be able to do 3. I can't really run outside, weather and neighborhood don't allow. So, any suggestions to build up to 3 miles, plus skills?
