Does it have a white center? Then It's definitely a pimple. And no, it's probably not a hemorrhoid. Those are basically swollen inflamed blood vessels. That does sound more like a boil or a pimple. But yeah, if you're worried.. ask whichever parent that would be less embared. Probably your mum.
