Not tourists, just two 15 year olds bored!?

me and my friend live in han park in los angeles and we hardly have any money.. we're pretty bored as of now. so our question is: What can we do in la for fun that doesn't involve cash, arts&crafts, and the grove/century city mall/ and what not..?? oh and the beach, its kind of chilly:]
