My cat is breathing funny?

For a few months now my cats breathing is sometimes jerky whenever she is relaxed or asleep. She is five years old, she's still has her appetite, theirs no wheezing or rattling in her chest/ breathing, she doesn't seem to have less energy. 9 months ago we moved to a house with another cat who picks on mine and she does seemed stressed a lot with him.
