I have some questions about this?

ok, i just wanna make sure im right about this. ill give as much detail as possible. ok im 14 and my whole life i have been very healthy. no problems. and about a year ago i recieved from the same person about twice. but i know for a fact that they were clean as well, they also have never done anything with anyone else. i know this, so dont say "well some people lie when they say that theyve never done it before" no. i know they were clean. anyways ive realised ive gotten quite a few little whiteish dots on my shaft. i dont remember when exactly i first notcied them. but they can only really be seen when i have an . and they kinda look like the hair follicles but i dont know how they could be those cause there alil too high up to where hair doesnt grow. i have heard of fordyce spots before im thinkin thats what they are. and also i have no pain, not when i pee or anything. and no itching.
