How can I consolidate multiple credit card debt?

Unfortunately, debt consolidation is not all that it is cracked up to be. In the end, it doesn't do much except pay back old loans with a new loan. These days, with poor credit, the rates are really not that much better. You are better off focusing on this debt and putting your resources towards repayment rather than paying service fees to a company that really won't add any value to you.
